FNB-NE’s Response to Coronavirus

When we say “your money has people” at FNB-NE, that goes for you, too — you have people who care about your well-being, especially right now amid the coronavirus pandemic. We’re continuing to monitor the situation in all our communities, and in an effort to help control the spread of COVID-19, we’re taking appropriate steps within our branches to limit exposure.

From everyone at First Northeast Bank of Nebraska, please know that our entire workforce is dedicated to making sure you will see no interruption in access to your bank account or debit card. Your money is safe, and we’re working around the clock to keep it that way.

As of March 18, 2020 all bank lobbies will be closed. Starting March 26, 2020 hours for Drive-Thru windows will be Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Saturday Drive-thru hours will remain the same. Ceresco Drive-Thru hours will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Drive-Thru closed on Saturdays. No bulk coin will be counted at this time. If you require access please call and make an appointment.  For the safety of our employees, access will be limited for individuals with no symptoms.  We will provide an up-to-date list of branch limitations or closures in this space, so be sure to check back for the most current information.

In the event your usual branch is closed or offering limited services, you can locate other branches on our Locations page. We also ask any customers who are feeling ill to take advantage of one of our alternative banking methods, including:

  • Accessing mobile banking features via the FNBNE app and fnb-ne.com
  • Utilizing our ATMs or available branch drive-thrus
  • Calling our Customer Support Team toll-free at 800.773.2265 for assistance with more in-depth needs, as they can direct you to the appropriate department
  • Calling the specific branch or banker you’re hoping to visit and making an appointment

We apologize for any inconvenience these closures may cause, and we appreciate your patience during this time. Please visit this space regularly for the most up-to-date information about branch openings and closings.
